This session will help participants understand the science of consistency and help build intentional classrooms.

• Discover the executive skills of flexibility and time management and how these two functions have an impact on our response to classroom situations.
• Reflect on current routines in the classroom and identify areas that need improvement.
• Understand the importance of consistency and how this develops the brain.
