Missing/Duplicate Certificates
Early Care and Education has a 100% guarantee that all online training certificates are emailed to the address entered on the online worksheet.
Based on our experience, we have determined that when someone "does not receive their certificate", it is due to the following:
70% of the time it is sitting in your spam/junk folder
30% of the time a invalid email address was entered
Here are tips to making sure you receive your certificate:
Make sure you enter a valid email address!
We strongly encourage a school email address is used rather than a personal address.
Make sure you add tym@tymthetrainer as a contact or add us to your safe mail list. Contact your email provider for instructions on how to do this.
Due to the high volume of online trainings we receive, it takes a lot of time for us to resend certificates. In the event that you need a duplicate certificate sent to you, a $5 fee will be charged. If we find that Early Care and Education did make a error and did not send a certificate, then your $5 will be refunded to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Tym The Trainer reviews all of these trainings personally. Certificates are not computer generated. Please allow up to 72 hours to received your certificate. If you have any questions, please call us at 972-200-0504.
