STEP TWO: When you are finished reading through the training materials, click on the link to the right and submit the worksheets online. YOU MUST ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE WORKSHEET TO GET A CERTIFICATE. We strongly encourage a pre-school email address rather than a personal email address. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a certificate by email.
STEP THREE: When your worksheet is completed, you will be directed to a payment link.
You should receive a copy of your worksheets, along with your training certificate, within 24-hours, however it may take up to 72-hours. Online trainings are manually reviewed by Tym the Trainer, they are not computer generated.
Certificates will not be emailed until the online worksheet and the payment is received.

Schools may set up a account for staff online trainings. Your school will be billed each month for online trainings completed. Once your application is approved, you will be assigned an account number. When participants complete an online training, they click below the green star where is states "Online accounts holders click here." They will enter your account number on the online worksheet. Once the worksheet is submitted, no further action is required.
746.1309(h) No more than 80% of the annual training hours may be obtained through self-instructional training. No more than three hours of the self-instructional training may come from a person reading written material or watching a video on their own.
This is intended to cap an individuals ability to claim training hours for going to the library and reading a book on Child Development and claiming “XXX” # of hours or watching a documentary on child care, reading multiple articles in a child care magazine and claiming excessive amounts of training hours.
Online modules or created independent learning should be developed with the items in 746.1317. All trainings must include:
Specifically stated learning objectives;
A curriculum, which includes experiential or applied activities;
An evaluation/assessment tool to determine whether the person has obtained the information necessary to meet the stated objectives; and
A certificate of successful completion from the training course.
All the trainings offered on this website meet the requirements above and would not fall into the 3 hours mentioned in 746.1309(h)
